Mums Like Me Inc. ("Company," or "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy, and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This Privacy Policy (our "Privacy Policy") describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit or use our website located at https://www.Mums Like Me.com/ (our "Website") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, our Website and all related services and functionality that we provide through them are referred to as our "Digital Services".

2. Children Under the Age of 16

Information we collect about you as a subscriber to a newsletter on Mums Like Me

  • Your email address, in order to deliver the newsletter to you
  • Metadata about your browser and ip address, including approximate geolocation, in order to prevent fraudulent signups and provide analytics to our publishers about where their readers are.
  • Any information you input into a survey form created by the publisher, or a poll you answer.
  • What links you click in emails you receive from us
  • If you comment on a post on a publication's website, we'll ask for your name to identify you in the discussion.
  • If you sign up for a premium (paid) newsletter, we will collect and store your payment information with our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store the raw credit card numbers within our systems.

If you would like to be deleted from our service, you can submit a request to info@mumslike.me. This will remove you from all newsletters you are subscribed to using the Mums Like Me platform.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Data:

  • to provide our Website and its functionality, contents and services to;
  • to provide our products and services to you;
  • to provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us or that may be of interest to you;
  • to process, fulfill, support, and administer transactions and orders for products and services ordered by you;

10. California Privacy Rights for California Residents

These California Privacy Rights supplement the other information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). This notice is to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated on the Website's home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' Personal Data, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Website's home page. The date this Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
